Returns
At Zion Endura Ltd, we want you to enjoy your jewellery just as much as we enjoy creating it. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to make the process simple and stress-free.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. All items must be sent back in the same condition they were received, including any tags, pouches, and boxes.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Custom or personalised pieces are also non-returnable unless a fault is present.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.
How to Return
To begin a return, email us at returns@zionendura.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide full return instructions.
Please ensure your jewellery is securely packaged in its original packaging and sent back using a trackable shipping service. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your provider.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or colour (where available), please get in touch with us. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
